Scorpion Solitaire

Objective

Build four 13-card sequences of King down to Ace, one per suit, directly on the tableau. There are no foundations.

The Layout

• Seven tableau piles, each with 7 cards
• Leftmost four piles have 3 face-down cards at the bottom
• Three cards reserved as stock — dealt once to the first three piles

Moving Cards

• Pick up any face-up card together with everything on top of it, regardless of order
• The bottom of the moving stack must land on a card of the same suit, one rank higher
• Only Kings (and their stacks) can fill an empty column
• Tap the stock to deal one card to each of the first three piles — single use

Tips & Strategy

• Save the stock deal for when you are truly stuck
• Uncovering face-down cards is high-leverage; chase it
• Watch for opportunities to move whole stacks — Scorpion rewards big rearrangements
• Same-suit builds win, but mid-game you may need to rip them apart
