How to Play Golf Solitaire
Learn the rules of Golf Solitaire
Objective
Clear all seven tableau columns by tapping cards one rank above or below the top of the waste pile. Suit does not matter.
The Layout
- Seven tableau columns of five face-up cards each
- Stock — face-down, drawn one card at a time
- Waste — the top card determines which tableau cards you can play
Moving Cards
- Tap a tableau-bottom card whose rank is ±1 from the waste top
- Suit is irrelevant — only rank matters
- Tap the stock to flip a new waste card when you are stuck
Tips & Strategy
- Plan long chains to maximize cards moved before drawing
- No recycle — every stock draw is precious
- Watch for cards that lock columns; chase those first
